1. Check-in and check-out times
- Check-in: Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
2. Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made at least 5 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
- After this deadline, charges may apply in accordance with our pricing policy.
3. Pet policy
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
4. Reception
- Reception is open 24 hours a day, providing round-the-clock service for all your questions and needs.
5. Local taxes
- A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night applies (not included in the booking price).
6. House rules
- Guests are kindly asked to respect the premises and the other guests of the riad.
- Any damage caused may be charged additionally.
7. General terms
- Bookings are only confirmed once a confirmation e-mail has been received.
- The riad reserves the right to refuse a booking or to request specific payment guarantees.
