Avoid booking if you would like to actually go away with piece of mind. 3days before the trip they decided to dishonour and cancel the booking via Expedia … yet proceeded to still advertise the room on booking.com for £350 higher price. Big ?. If you want to avoid 2hrs of phone calls and being offered alternative places etc not suitable and a day of unneeded stress, avoid at all cost and choose an alternative. Enjoyed our stay here, our hosts were very pleasant and super helpful.  Great location, some walking required (typical for the area) and actually quite fun locating the place upon arrival in the area.  See my photos for clues.  The included breakfast was very nice.   Beautiful building.  We did have a small issue the first night, which our host was super responsive and helpful about, the riad has some planned fine tuning to do after a recent nice update, in our room “Lyre” there was only subtle sloping towards the shower drain, and a glass enclosure not yet installed, so we were not attentive enough to this upon our first shower and managed to allow some water to escape the bathroom wetting some rugs and the area under our bed.   With super careful attention to flow and taking a shower in short segments, we could prevent this, so a bit inconvenient and they plan to improve.  The host cleaned up the mess so politely and took all the blame, but in fact we could have been more attentive ourselves.  Anyways their gracious response only enhanced our stay.  We bought some semi-heavy souvenirs elsewhere and packed in a box, and our host very happily carried the darn box many blocks to our taxi upon our departure.  He even insisted upon providing a complimentary transfer to the airport given the little shower issue.  Great service. Que dire à part que tout était parfait… dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli de la meilleure manière qu’il soit avec le sourire et un thé à la menthe. On se sent très vite comme à la maison. Le Riad est magnifique, les chambres sont propres et très jolies. Vous pourrez profiter également de la petite terrasse à l’extérieur avec vu en hauteur de l’intérieur du Riad. Très bien situé, au cœur de la médina à côté de la Kasba, il est impressionnant de constaté le calme et la sérénité de ce lieu. Les petits déjeuners qui y sont servis sont variés et excellents. Encore une fois mention spéciale pour le personnel qui incontestablement rend votre séjour encore plus merveilleux. Nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit. The coziest of the coziest
Riad El Noujoum can definitely be recommended. This Riad is close to the vibrant streets and sights of Marrakech, but in complete tranquility with the most beautiful rooms, facilities, pool, roof terrace and has a very helpful and polite staff. Beautiful with friendly service
We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous traditional riad. It's in a pretty good location in the Kasbah area, about a 10 minute walk south of the main square. It's less chaotic in this area, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The riad itself was immaculate and beautiful. There's a central courtyard with a small pool surrounded by rooms, and they are all beautiful. The room was very comfortable and had a modern bathroom with elegant fixtures. Every morning they served us breakfast which was bread, pastries, orange juice, mint tea, and coffee. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - they told us how to get around, helped with taxis, and even came to find us when we were lost one evening! Lovely Stay
The Hotel Manager, Khalid, was so accommodating to us and went the extra mile. We needed help sorting transportation out for the rest of our holiday to different parts of Morocco and Khalid made it so easy for us, we are so grateful for his hospitality. The Riad itself is beautiful. It’s a circa 20min walk to the souqs. You have to navigate your way through Kasbah to get there, which can get very busy, but on the whole we felt well positioned. Une aparté au calme dans un Riad d’exception !
Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce Riad. Sa localisation est parfaite, nous sommes au calme et proche de tous a pied. Son second point positif son personnel. Adorable Khalid toujours prêt à nous aider et disponible pour discuter. Nous avons pris un repas le soir il ne faut pas hésiter la cuisinier fait des repas succulents. Enfin les prestations massage et Hamman sont un plus quand ils sont directement sur place. Le Hamman en Février nous avons eu un peu froid, ne pas s’attendre à un Hamman avec vapeur comme nous connaissons en France. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité. Très bon séjour au calme !
Un très bon Riad au calme dans Marrakech et à proximité de la place. Un très bon accueil avec un personnel au soin. La chambre est propre est spacieuse. Le ménage a été fait chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits fait le jour même. Nous n'avons pas mangé sur place le soir car il faut réserver la veille et c'est un peu contraignant pour nous (mais qui est compréhensible car ce sont des plats préparés sur place). Un peu déçu par le Hammam mais j'ai apprécié mon massage. Prix un peu élevé par rapport à ce qu'on trouve dans la ville. Merci au personnel pour l'accueil et le thé :)

Une parenthèse enchantée dans un cadre enchanteur! Un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la Médina Emplacement parfait dans un quartier très recherché et au calme. Quel séjour extraordinaire !! L’emplacement est au top dans la Médina, certes. Mais c’est surtout le Riad, ses services et son extraordinaire personnel qui sont ce qui font la magie du Riad. Rien à dire, si ce n’est merci. Nous reviendrons !
